2. What the promotion is

Omivert is giving away one prize of US $1,000 to a single winner. This is a skill-based promotion, not a game of chance. The winner is chosen by the Omivert team based on the substance and usefulness of their survey answers.

3. Who can enter

Open to customers who have purchased a product from omivert.com and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Omivert and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful where they live.

4. How to enter

After purchasing, you will receive an email containing a link to a short survey. Complete every question in that survey and your entry is recorded automatically. Entries where one or more questions are left blank do not qualify.

Limit of one entry per person. Where the same person enters more than once, only the first qualifying entry is considered.

5. Entry period

Entries open on 17 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm Central Time on 31 July 2028. Entries recorded after that time are not eligible.

6. How the winner is chosen

After the entry period closes, the Omivert team will review all qualifying entries and select one winner based on the thoughtfulness, specificity and usefulness of the answers given. The decision of the Omivert team is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize and notification

One prize of US $1,000. The winner will be contacted by 31 August 2028 using the email address attached to their entry. If the winner cannot be reached, or does not respond within 21 days, Omivert may select an alternative winner.

The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative or substitution is offered beyond the cash prize itself. The winner is responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of the prize.

8. Your answers

Survey answers are collected and stored by Omivert and used to understand why customers buy, and to improve the products we make. We may quote answers anonymously in our marketing. We will not publish your full name or email address without asking you first. Entering does not sign you up for marketing email; your email preferences are unchanged.

9. General

Omivert reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or not associated with a genuine purchase. Omivert may amend these terms or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary, and will publish any such change on this page.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google or any other platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
